Our new dentist just told me there’s something different about our family.
I hope that’s a compliment.
After all, a man who is now in possession of 25% of our cash savings is really in no position to be adding insult to injury.
Dos is finished with her dental adventures until the next tooth cleaning, and she’d Better Not have six cavities when we go in in six months.
Uno is halfway through her toothy torture, two appointments down and two to go.
There really havent been any funny stories valium and nitrous oxide notwithstanding. (Though we have knashed our teeth on occassion.) I’m just looking forward to not seeing the dentist’s office for awhile.
I’m still a little concerned the medical professionals of our association are noticing a diffence in our family. After all, the chiropractor extends his pity for having so many kids, the dentist thinks we’re different. At least our pediatrician would say we are “practically perfect in every way.” (He’d obviously watched Mary Poppins and that made me happy.)
So, now that we have a dental pause for a week I can focus my attention on another pressing matter: the 100th post for StealingFaith.com is coming up. I don’t know what to write!
So, I’m going to leave it up to you. Give me suggestions of topics for the 100th post… I will make it my personal challenge to incorporate EVERY suggestion into a post of 600 words or less. Are you willing to join me in the challenge?

Dentists love my family and all the money it means to them.. so sorry for the kids.. bummer for the bankbook
I think writing about surviving in this economy with the move and life changes would be a good one for the big post..

You need to write about dumping the poop in the RV. Grace thought it was the coolest thing ever! Advice from a former RV dweller – it needs to be Isiah’s job!

working with college aged kids, what surprised you the most about what they knew/didn’t know? ranging from simple everyday things (like changing a tire to balancing a check book…currently I can only do the latter…), to social manners, world views, and/or what they were naive about? AND what is one thing you wish could change about every college student…basically your biggest pet peeve about college students and their actions/thoughts? hope i got this in on time 🙂 it’s not necessarily a funny topic, but one that i think would be interesting 🙂
