5 Ways to Bring Me Joy

I have no idea what this girl will do if you disappoint her mama...

My friends….

I have a favor to request of you. It’s a big deal (to me).

For more than a year, now, I have dedicated time to writing posts for StealingFaith. Some have been hilarious, some educational, some have been major bummers, others have made you cry,  a few have been boring and others… well, they stink. But, since you’re still here I figure you StealingFaith has been worth your time!

Now, if you would please provide some validation for me as a writer, I would be ever so grateful! Here are practical ways you can encourage me right back:

1. Sign up for email delivery of posts. See that little box at the upper right hand side of the page? Stick your email in there and all StealingFaith posts will be delivered , right to your inbox. As soon as I get my act together I’ll be offering a free ebook for everyone on the email distribution list.

2. Recommend StealingFaith to two friends. Just two people who are kind of crazy like you! Tell them why you like to read it and encourage them to check it out. Spread the love.

3. Like Me. “Like” the StealingFaith page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/stealingfaith)

4. Follow Me. Follow StealingFaith on Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/stealingfaith) and retweet @stealingfaith tweets willy-nilly.

5. Tell me why you’re reading and suggest topics for posts. You can talk to me through email (stealingfaith{at}gmail{dot}com) or the comment box below each post. I can’t even describe how much I love hearing from you – it makes my day!

Let me know how I can bring you joy… and I’ll keep plugging along over here to bring you daily posts on relationships, family and life. (And I might throw in a mention of the random zombie news story on occasion.)

I’m officially following you. (It’s been unofficial for a long time.) And you’ve been loved for a long time.

And that wasn’t supposed to sound creepy.

Well here goes another creepy comment….I’ve loved you from afar for a very long time (of course you knew that already). So now I just made it public! Keep up the awesome job!

So I had a topic idea for you that I thought if last night… Why do our parents hate us so much? Surely they must when they pass on a potholder weaving loom without one mention of how many hours you’ll spend repairing your child’s work. My mother also never gave me the sage advice to steer clear of perlerbeads lest I want to continually step on them day after day.

Always look forward to my weekly emails delivered in time to have some quality reading at lunch. I especially enjoyed every post from the previous week. Keep up the great work- I love it
